Daging Dendeng


Salam Aidiladha utk semua. Tahun lps tak balik rumah mak sbb cuti raya jatuh masa tengah2 weekdays so masak sendiri kat kuarters. Tahun ni raya on weekend jadi kami balik PD. Juadah raya semua mak yg masak, kami adik-beradik tolong apa2 yg patut.

Saya cuba masak daging dendeng. Resepi ni pun dpt dari fb. Alhamdulillah 1st trial menjadi! So saya nak share resepi ni sbb senang nak buat kecuali part nak ketuk daging tu tedious sket. Saya ketuk sekeping-sekeping daging tu..haha..gigih ok!

Bahan-bahan Memasak

BAHAN A
500gm daging lembu dipotong sederhana besar

BAHAN B
4 biji bawang besar
7 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
1 batang serai
1 batang kulit kayu manis
2 biji bunga lawang

BAHAN C
2/4 cawan kicap lemak manis
2 helai daun purut diramas
1 batang serai dititik
3 sudu besar cili kisar
3 sudu besar air asam jawa

BAHAN D
1 cawan air rebusan daging

Cara-cara Memasak

Bahan B dimayang halus kecuali kulit kayu manis dan bunga lawang. Panaskan minyak dlm kuali dan goreng hingga keemasan, angkat dan toskan.

Daging direbus hingga empuk. Asingkan sedikit air rebusan daging. Bila dah empuk kemudian sejukkan sebentar sebelum dihiris nipis. Goreng daging tersebut, angkat dan toskan. Kemudian daging hendaklah diketuk menggunakan alu lesung batu.

Panaskan minyak dan masukkan kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, serai yg dititik dan daun limau purut yg diramas. Tunggu seketika dan masukkkan cili kisar. Goreng sehingga pecah minyak.

Masukkan kicap manis dan air asam jawa. Letakkan garam dan gula secukup rasa dan masukkan air rebusan daging.

Kemudian masukkan daging yg telah diketuk. Kacau rata sehingga agak kering, taburkan Bahan A yg ditoskan. Lebih byk bawang goreng lagi sedap. Gaul sehingga sebati dgn daging dan bolehlah diangkat untuk dihidang.

Homemade Pizza

My 1st attempt of making homemade pizza. 3 basic ingredients are pita bread / tortilla wrap (as a base), pasta sauce & grated cheese.

For toppings, you can toss everything you like on it i.e chicken meatloaf, sausage, bell pepper, mushroom. Basically it totally depends on your preference. It is advisable if you sauteed the mushroom to make it soft before you bake it for about 20 minutes until the grated cheese melts.
